Brand-new, neat unit with all the necessary equipment, washing machine, as example. Magnificent and perfect location, walk from a train station and also walk from a museum and a tower.

Location
The lack of service to the rooms on weekends, without it being obviously displayed anywhere or being communicated by the staff on check in or when we first asked for fresh towels.

Room was impeccably clean and huge and clean.
A local area, marvellous location near to the main attractions well within reach as well as the centre of the CBD. Besides, excellent for visiting Chinatown.

Couldn't recommend more for a weekend jaunt
Spacious room, attentive staff, as I enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and its proximity to Chinatown just 150 metres away.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The Location of the Hotel was great and the facilities in my accomodation were very good. The two staff members I had spoken to were approachable and pleasant and most helpful.
I didnt like the charging of my Credit Card upon arrival of $200 considering the credit card number had been given and if in fact there was damage to the room or extra cleaning services required the number was on file. Having to wait 2 to 5 days for a refund on my card is inconvenient and I feel that another course of action would be better.

Location: the hotel was short walk to restaurant and supermarket, darling Harbour and a whole range of different culture restaurants and tourist destinations. The room was upgraded to apartment with full amenities and available on level 7.

Nice room, full kitchen, spacious.
Entrace is horrible to find through a back alley, check in is very average, bed was fairly hard.

We attended the Capitol theatre and the Quest was a great location.
We couldn't book in till 2pm but had to be out by 10am.

Families Beware
I'll tell you this. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. It was great to have a living area and balcony too. We made some meals which turned out fantastic after a long day out. It just felt good to unwind there and the kids loved having space to roam around. The AC kept us cool in the heat so that was a relief, another plus.
But I gotta say it wasn't cheap either.
